“At the height of the heat wave in June, my AC stopped working. I called a few repair places, one of whom wouldn't come to my 8th floor condo at all. Efficient Comfort got back to me quickly and scheduled me a couple of days out (not surprising though given the heat that week). Luckily the 100 degree weather didn't persist over the two-day wait period. Dan Hogan, the service technician, arrived on time as scheduled. He went to work and found I had a couple of blown fuses. I was very grateful he didn't try to upsell me a $400+ repair, which has happened to me previously, and only replaced the fuses for a very reasonable price (I think!) because I fully expected another high priced repair. I was thrilled about that.

As for Dan, he was very courteous and friendly, worked quickly and found my problem quickly. He was also a really nice guy. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and Dan Hogan, service technician. I will definitely be calling Efficient Comfort in the future for any repairs/upgrades to my current AC.
