“Ron was my service technician this morning, he inspected the ac unit outside, found the coils were very dirty with debris ( he showed me a picture) and cleaned everything up so it will run more efficiently. Also checked the unit in the mechanical room, everything was fine there. If I need service in the future I will request him for the next visit! Thanks, Karen”

Dan got right to the bottom of what the problem was and even had the part in his truck to fix it. Phew, cause its 97 degrees out!! “Our AC compressor fan stopped working on an ancient unit at the beginning of a several day, 95+ degree stretch. Lucked out and they were able to send Ron to check things out the same day. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and walked me through options. I decided to replace the fan motor and he verified everything else was working as it should. Ron was exceptional, which in our experience is standard with efficient comfort. Highly recommend them for all HVAC issues.”
