“My AC outdoor unit started making a very loud sound. I called and asked that Ron be sent out, because I had Ron here before and I was happy with how he explained things to me in terms that I could understand. Again, Ron was here next day. I had a video of my unit making that noise and showed it to him. He knew what was up and actually showed me the readings on the diagnostic tool and what they meant. He happened to be carrying the capacitor that fit my unit, so installed it right then and there. I have signed up for regular check ups to my system, so I also got a discount on the service! I am very happy with Efficient Comfort and Ron's attention to detail and his professionalism.”

“Dylan (the service technician) was right on time to repair and recharge the air conditioner, did the work and the system now works again! This service call was conducted the Monday following a call for service the previous Wednesday, what I would consider an excellent turn around time given that the repair was not an emergency. I would definitely consider Efficient Comfort for any heating or cooling service in the future.”
