“Dan Hogan, our service technician, was superb this time as he was on his last visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and performed a component-level repair rather than a replacement of the burner assembly or even the furnace as might likely have been the outcome with other HVAC service companies that we know. Furnace was inconsistently starting up and not establishing full burner performance and would flame out. Dan cleaned the ignitor and burner assembly of soot buildup. Working beautifully now.”
