“Chuck was very courteous and knowledgeable. We called because our unit would not come on. He checked the thermostat, the AC came on, he checked the outside unit and it was working. He said (very nicely) that it might have been us messing with it too much. He could have done repairs that were not needed but instead was very honest and just charged the service call fee. We will definitely call them again if we need service!”
