“After being told by the HVAC company servicing my home that I needed a new furnace, I called a few other companies for estimates. Dan Lewis from Efficient Comfort came to my home for that purpose. He was prompt and pleasant, and we went down to the basement to look at my furnace. He immediately saw a problem that he thought he could correct, and in less than 30 minutes my furnace was running again. Amazing! He cleaned a part that should have been done by my company on their annual maintenance visit just one month earlier. I have learned over the years that when you find someone who is competent and honest, you don’t let them go. “Paul came out to provide an estimate for my AC replacement and he made a fantastic impression. My opinion was already a high one when Lillian made it so easy to get an appointment. She was very friendly and responsive and so I was happy with Efficient Comfort from the start. The estimate Paul provided was 1/3 of the prior estimate I received for the same work. (The first quote I got was actually 2.875 times more!)
