After getting a recommendation from my neighbor I gave Efficient Comfort a call on Sunday morning. To my surprise and satisfaction I got a scheduler on the phone and within two hours my furnace was running. Ron immediately saw that the igniter was cracked and replaced it. Our heat is back. “Thursday night, January 22, my furnace quit working at 11 pm. The following morning I was referred to Efficient Comfort who was able to come out and get my furnace working again. I was grateful they were able to come out and get my furnace working again. The repairman, Dylan, was able to trouble shoot the furnace and found it was the igniter. He was able to replace it and get my furnace working again. Good work!”
