“Josh came out to look at my 1996 furnace that was acting up. I had a good idea what the problem was, and Josh confirmed it. Turned out the part and labor would have been a fifth of a new furnace replacement. Josh offered either to fix the furnace at that price or a new furnace. Being the age of the furnace and all, I figured it was time to be replaced. Josh gave me a good quote on a new furnace. He explained the different levels of furnaces offered and the size need, etc. The quote was good and 4 days later Devon and Ron showed up to install my furnace and bring everything up to code. They put down tarps on the carpet stairs and wood floors in the basement. The two spent the day removing and installing the new furnace. They showed care and quality with the work they did. I often looked in to take photos as the progress went on and each time, they would explain what had been completed and the new updates. etc. When all the work was completed and everything cleaned up on the same day, they explained how the furnace worked and what they had done completely. I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with, from the first phone call with Joanna to the final call with her sister Lillian, both very nice and understanding my situation. There brother Josh was very personable also and we enjoyed talking more than just furnace things. Devon and Ron were great, very polite and provided all the knowledge I asked. The furnace is working great and very efficient at keeping the house at the correct temperature selected.
