Efficient Comfort was started in 2007 by Josh when he decided he wanted a more flexible schedule that allowed him to spend more time with his son, Jacob. As the company grew so did Josh’s need to bring on another team member. In 2013, his sister, Joanna, joined the team to assist Josh with some minor office responsibilities. Since then, they have added Lillian, their sister, to the team as well.

Family is extremely important to them that is why they are family owned and operated. Their grandfather taught them from a very young age that being honest and ethical are two very important aspects of life.
